6 Fresh Eggs
4 Cups Cold Water
2 Tablespoons Salt
4 Tablespoons Carolina Heat BBQ Sauce
Paprika for garnishing
1. Put Water in small Sauce Pan.
2. Add Salt.
3. Put Fresh Eggs in Salted Water.
4. Place on Stove or Burner on High setting and cook until a Rolling Boil occurs.
5. Once Boiling, continue cooking for 3 additional minutes, turn off heat and let sit.
6. Carefully drain Hot Water, then add cold water to cool.
7. Gently crack Eggs and return to Cool Water.
8. Remove Shells.
9. Cut Eggs longways to make 2 halves.
10. Remove Yolks and place in a small Bowl.
11. Add 4 Tablespoons Carolina Heat BBQ Sauce, mix well.
12. Replace Yolk Mixture into Egg Whites.
13. Dust with Paprika and serve.
